Richard Lybarger has been a licensed family law attorney in the State of Texas for over 22 years. In his years of law practice, Mr. Lybarger has handled a full range of family law matters from simple, uncontested divorces to complex divorce cases involving significant property and sensitive child custody issues to simple marriage dissolution, as well as other family law matters including annulments, paternity, visitation rights and premarital agreements. Based on his educational background and experience in business and finance, Mr. Lybarger is proficient in assessing complex financial aspects of marital estates and other financial matters.

Rebecca (Becky) Hoffman is a native of the great State of Texas. She began her career as a legal assistant in 1989 and has specialized in the area of family law for eight years.
